Cerebral Blood Flow, Oxygen and Glucose Metabolism in Neurological Disorders

در مرکز توسعه آموزش و پژوهش بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) در 5  مرداد 1393 برگزار نمود. محور صحبت های دکتر وفایی شامل سرفصل های زیر بودند:

1. Application of medical imaging modalities in neurology, neurosurgery and oncology with emphasis on SPECT, PET, MRI, DTI.

 2. Coupling of blood flow and metabolism in healthy and neurological disease. Is there a role for lactate?

 3. Can carbogen expand the survival window in stroke? Can we learn from the brain in stroke research?

 4. Is Alzheimer´s disease a flow-metabolism coupling disease? Is amyloid cascade hypothesis still valid?

 5. Parkinson´s disease and deep brain stimulation.

 6. Introduction to scientific editing and writing for graduate students.
